What do I do?

I work with first home buyers, home owners looking to upgrade or refinance, residential property investors and businesses. I can meet with you at your convenience.

I understand different bank’s credit policies, RBNZ regulations around Loan to Value ratios (LVR’s), using KiwiSaver and HomeStart Grant.  I talk you and assist you through all this.

My qualifications include:-

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) majoring in finance.

• Graduate Diploma in Business endorsed in Personal Financial Planning

What can I do for you as a first home buyer?

Buying a new home is exciting. It can also be time consuming and challenging, especially as it’s often the biggest financial commitment most of us make. I make that process easier for you and at no cost. I guide you through the mortgage options to find the right finance solution for you.

Talk to me – I can help you with KiwiSaver, HomeStart Grant, guarantors, gifts, deposits and more while arranging your finance.

I will explain different home loan structures and all other financial jargon you may not understand.

I can go to your existing bank or another – the great news is – I do the work - I will find the right place for you. Don’t think you have to change banks with me.

I have access to finance from major banks and other lenders.

Getting your home finance pre-approved early can ensure you are in a great position to negotiate for your home.

Maybe you are not ready/able to buy your home now. Talk to me about your plans so we can get you ‘purchase ready’ for the future.

I address any issues early to put you in the best possible position with financiers.
