When the Bank Says “No”

It is possible to turn a ‘no’ from a bank into a ‘yes’ from another bank or one non-bank lender. If you have been turned down, it’s important to remember that different lenders have different lending criterea, which means that although you may not be able to secure a mortgage with one lender, you may well qualify easily with another.

We arrived from England three years ago and both of us ended up becoming self employed.
