COVID-19 Hardship Provisions
We are currently working with all of our banks and lenders on the processes for us to assist our clients with applications to convert your current mortgage from Principal & Interest to Interest Only or to apply for a Mortgage Repayment deferment. These systems and processes are currently being established and we will convey these to you just as soon as they are finalised.
Our message to you right now is to not panic and stay calm, the below 0800 helplines are experiencing huge volumes so you will need to be patient if contacting them.
We expect to be in a position to personally assist you with any such requests in the very near future and will communicate with you just as soon as the systems are set up to enable us to action for you.

For ANZ and Kiwibank, we recommend you apply for hardship online via the links provided, as they are currently experiencing long wait time on the phone lines.
