    Hi Jen, I wanted to give some feedback regarding my experience in dealing with you over the last 2 weeks. So, where do I start...! Firstly, thank god I found you! After my current bank of 40+years told me they were no longer able to help me with my bridging finance for my new home in Papamoa which was settling in 7 working days, I really had no idea where to go for help as I hadn’t sold my current home after an offer fell over the day before. You put 99% of the people I’ve ever dealt with to shame (I’d quite honestly say 100%, but I don’t want to give you a big head haha). You never left me hanging and waiting for information, you were confident when I really needed to hear it, you were kind and understanding even when I was doubting that you were going to get me a solution to my situation, and you made things happen when I really thought you were attempting the impossible. So honestly Jen, I can’t thank you enough for not only getting me the solution I was after, but for doing it in a way that exceeded all my expectations!
