Don’t get stung by a stocking stuffer

You don’t have to spend Christmas eating gruel like Ebenezer Scrooge, to live within your means. Or be the thoughtless relative who buys everyone identical gifts from the seconds bin. But you do have to be mindful. When Santa’s gone back up the chimney and you’re still digging chocolate stains out of the carpet; those bills will come calling.

Fear not; here’s a few tips to help you take control this Christmas:

Bring it all together

I can help with consolidating your credit cards and other personal loans. I have access to a  panel of 20+ lenders. So, if I can’t find you a competitive deal then Rudolph doesn’t have a red nose!

Curb your enthusiasm

Splurging and Christmas go together like a shock jock and outrage or Lady Gaga and THAT DRESS! Yep, it’s easy to get carried away and spend like a sailor. But rein in those reindeer so when the Christmas carnival has moved on, you’re not left with a financial hangover.

Make a budget and stick to it

Leading up to Christmas, financial discipline can be discarded like the fluoro green tie you got from the work Kris Kringle. (Damn that Sam in accounts!) Plan a budget and stick to it.

Get in touch with me, I am here to help lend a hand with your finance through Christmas and into the New Year.
