I have 15 years banking experience and can negotiate on your behalf with all the major lenders. In a constantly changing environment you want to be sure you have a good understanding of all the available options and can make a smart decision. Hi Warrick, hope you are doing well. We are all settled into our new home and just wanted to thank you again for the support, guidance and encouragement you provided us with throughout the process. You were fantastic to work with and we are so pleased with the results we achieved. We hope you and your family have a wonderful rest of 2016.

We entered the housing market for the first time this year and admittedly found out that we needed to quickly understand a whole lot of things we never had to know before. Everything from building reports, to lawyer documents. Warrick was recommended to us and had it not been for his knowledge and incredible support we would have been overwhelmed and possibly given up. Warrick was an amazing support guiding us through each step and doing all the hard work on our behalf. He provided us with professional advice throughout and was always available even for the questions I felt silly asking. We ended up purchasing our first home in September and would highly recommend Warrick to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a home.

Warrick recently helped us to refinance our existing home and purchase another property. He took the stress out of the application process and secured us a great deal across our mortgages. We chose Warrick because of his friendly and professional manner, his contacts, negotiating skills and his extensive banking background. Nothing was ever a problem for Warrick and we were very pleased to have him on our side. We would recommend (and have done many times) Warrick as a mortgage adviser if you want an approachable and knowledgeable person who can get you the best results.

It was an incredible experience with Warrick who made our purchase as smooth as silk. He explained the process very clearly and well prepared our supporting documents that made the approval from the bank so quickly. Importantly, he always responds and acts to our inquiries promptly and keeps us posted on the progress. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage for your first home. Well done, Warrick!

We were referred to Warrick through a friend and we're so glad we did. Warrick helped my husband and I through the process of buying our first home, which felt like learning a new language at times, and he was extremely helpful, sorted everything out for us and had great communication the whole time. We would highly recommend Warrick to anyone!
