Nicole leads Loan Market NZ as our National Director, drawing on 15 years of experience in lending, aggregation and adviser support.

Since joining the Loan Market Group in 2017, Nicole has led teams and strategy across Australia and New Zealand. She has driven growth and adviser success as State Director and General Manager in Victoria and Tasmania, shaped national initiatives as General Manager of Broker Solutions, and now guides the network in New Zealand.

Earlier in her career, Nicole built a strong foundation in lending through adviser support and national operations. Her focus has always been on helping advisers build stronger businesses, delivering better outcomes for clients and driving sustainable growth across the network.

Nicole is passionate about leading through collaboration, empowering advisers with the tools and support they need to thrive, and growing the Loan Market brand as the first choice for Kiwi home buyers.
