Loan Market Wellington Limited was set up in 2015 by Dan Bailey, Mark Solomon and Tom Gilbert to provide a higher level of service to clients in the Wellington area. The Loan Market brand was chosen as it provided a professional and well run system to help clients in other parts of New Zealand. All of our mortgage advisers will be authorised financial advisers with extensive experience within the financial services industry.

Dan Bailey – Owner of Loan Market Capital & Coast, Authorised Financial Adviser since 2011 with 15 years’ experience in a main trading bank. During that time I worked within Commercial and Agri for 8 years, 18 months working for a sub-prime lender in the UK and travelling and 5 years in a market leading Private Bank in NZ running a team and helping lead the lending strategy for the business unit.

Sam Collins - Owner of Loan Market Capital & Coast and a new addition to the business from a leading Private Bank in Wellington. Sam prides himself on his customer service and tenacity to get the best deal and terms for his clients.

Teresa Payne - Client Services Manager, assisting clients and keeping the process running smoothly. Teresa has banking experience and wants to become a mortgage adviser in the future.

Janine Baldock - Marketing Manager who provides supporting real estate collateral to real estate agents, home builders and developers. Janine also has a lead generation and administration business to assist other businesses on contract.
