Devaney is a Regional Manager for Loan Market NZ, bringing deep experience across mortgage advice, operations and client service. Since joining the Loan Market network in 2019, Devaney has led teams in client services and operations before stepping into an adviser role, helping Kiwis secure the right finance to achieve their goals.

In August 2024, she took on the Regional Manager role, supporting advisers to grow their businesses and deliver great customer outcomes. Before joining Loan Market, Devaney worked at ASB Bank, where she developed strong skills in relationship management and client care.

She’s passionate about helping advisers succeed, improving the client experience and growing the Loan Market brand in local communities.
